Residential planning granted in Cork

Cork. The proposed site lies within the curtilage of Fota House, which is a Recorded Protected Structure (RPS Ref: No. 504). Additionally, the curtilage of Fota House contains several other protected structures located in proximity to the proposed development site, including the Farmyard Complex (RPS Ref: No. 1,411), Walled Garden (RPS Ref: No. 1,410), Garden Structure / Building (RPS: No. 1,409), and the Conservatory / Orangery (RPS Ref: 1,408), as detailed in the Cork County Development Plan 2022-2028.

Permission for the construction of a residential development comprising of 69 no. residential units and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 8 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 48 no. 3 bedroom semi- detached/townhouse dwelling houses, 9 no. 2- bedroom semi-detached/townhouse dwelling houses and 4 no. 1bedroom simplex units located within a 2 storey building.
